Welcome to Congregation Shir Chadash

Shir Chadash is a vibrant Conservative Jewish community in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada. While our numbers are small, our warmth and welcoming spirit is huge.

Shir Chadash means "New Song". You are welcome to come and enjoy sharing Shabbatot, weekly onegs, Jewish holidays, mitzvot, and social events with our family of members and friends. We joyously hold weekly Shabbat services. Check the links on this website to learn more about us. Check the Events link on this website for details about times of services and other upcoming events.

Purim Celebration
Choose your costumes. Listen to Joseph Cooper read the Megillah. Make same noise when the evil name is said. Enjoy hamentaschen made by Sarah Kats. Listen to Hannah Jodrey's music. Enjoy the community spirit! Masks encouraged. Distancing requested. Still have some fun. Be happy. It’s Adar!
